Promote Efficiency in the Administration with Anti-Corruption Policy

For the past few years, thoughts over corruption, black-money and bribery have increased. Social activists and the government have been debating over this and struggling to establish authority over the anti-corruption policy. The problem of corruption is not just regarding policing, rather about the policies that enable the black money to get exposed. The real roots of corruption need to be brought into concern.

The anti-corruption policy puts control of the administration to make sure that the employer and employees function ethically. This policy has been established to understand what the corrupt business practices are and how they should be prohibited. Corruption can never be used for a good cause. Therefore, it must be avoided.

Enforcement

Under the amendment of anti-corruption policy, the Indian's Central Bureau of Investigation will look into the cases where the government officials have violated the norms and received a bribe. The local enforcement agencies will oversee bribes received by the state government authorities. It keeps a check on the proper functioning of the system which is corruption-free.

Dynamic Cooperation is Needed between the Government and Public

One should have zero tolerance towards corruption, fraud and bribery. We must act professionally with integrity and fair play. All the relationships and business dealings should be operated without unlawful conduct of corruption. Through the anti-corruption policy, businesses and organizations must implement and enforce a transparent system to eliminate fraudulent approaches.

Quality administration is the only solution to check corruption. Public needs favour, authorities give it and pay off the costs through a bribe. The ones who give bribes are the individuals who take it, both are equally guilty. Even though the punishment is on an individual who gives a bribe, we are confusing a lot. The ones who are gaining dollars out of this practice are equally responsible for maligning the system.

The Indian public has been a functioning member of the monetary development of the nation. Accordingly, they had been affecting the supply-demand mechanism and foundations which take into account these components to suit the necessities of society.

Objectives of Anti-corruption Policy

The Anti-Corruption Policy Aims To Remove Corruption. The Objectives Are The Following:

  • Encourage the employees to act with integrity in all dealings.

  • Identify the conflicts ads address the same regarding matters of corruption.

  • Encourage the employees to be vigilant and act in good faith.

  • Alleged corruption’s monitoring and further investigation.

  • Provide adequate training and information on ethics to the employees and directors at different levels.

Bribery is without a doubt a criminal offence. The economic and political environment, habits, customs, professional insecurities can trigger corruption. Public servants can be questioned for malpractice regarding corruption. They shall be punished along with imprisonment.

It is the responsibility of the citizens of India – employers, employees, government officials and the public to stand against corruption and comply with the principles of anti-corruption policy

If an individual encounters any sort of bribe, they must inform the authorities about it as responsible citizens. When it is concerned with the workplace, the employees need to raise concerns and get it addressed.
